Small downtown Italy, Texas business for sale. Business consists of a laundry and dry cleaning service and also small gifts such as candles, cards, balloons to mention just a few. There is also a small section of the store where antiques are also offered.

The building is located on a corner which provides good access and visibility. We are selling building and inventory.
