Community Transit Service available in Italy

Did you ever wish the trains still ran in Italy? You could just buy a ticket, put your car keys away and be transported to your doctors appointment or to a restaurant for a meal or go shopping and not have to drive. Well, the trains of course aren’t running here but there is a new service available for Italy, Milford and surrounding towns. New Pharmacy in Town

Italy now has a pharmacy and it is located in the lobby at Dr. John Arkusinski’s office. The owner, Martin Dennis, has been a pharmacist since 1992. Hobbs Feed Awards Scholarship

The Milford Depot will soon be in use again

Back in 1926 the Dallas – Waco electric interurban rail road had reached Milford Texas. Milford began a slow decline due to the depression and in 1948-49 the railroad was closed down. (Continued…)
