Trumpets sounded as the athletes gathered together in the domed Coliseum for a night of accolades, distinctions and wreaths of glory for the Gladiators of Italy High School. The Italy Athletic Booster Club held a banquet on Monday night and with a feast fit for a king, the students enjoyed both their meals and honors bestowed upon them. (Continued…)

Ice cream, games and bubbles-sounds like a kid’s party. Not really, if you are a senior at Italy High School, these are just some of the items you will need for the beginning of fun. The Italy Junior High School Honors Assembly recognized 7th thru 8th grades’ top academic achievers on Wednesday, May 12 inside Italy Coliseum. On Sunday, April 18, 2010, Joshua Milligan, son of Keith and Becky Milligan of Italy, was presented the 2010 Kayrene Uehlinger Scholarship at Central Baptist Church.
