This loving young soul was taken away too early from us, Samantha Michelle (Shelley) Nance, went to be with the lord on Sept. 11, 2009. Shelley was an award winning artist. She was a student at the Art Institute of Dallas. She was majoring in multi-media arts and animation. She loved animals, computers, and anything to do with art. This 20 yr old woman was well on her way to achieving her life’s dreams of being an artist. (Continued…)

When several members of the Italy High School Class of 2007 heard that one of their classmates had died, they were shocked and saddened. They could not imagine Samantha Michelle Nance (Shelley) not being with them anymore. As they heard the reports of her murder, they questioned why.
